Effective Date: October 29, 2026
At Blitz (Blitz Analytics, Inc., a Delaware corporation), your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use the Blitz website, mobile applications, desktop applications, workspace products, and related services (the "Service").
Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service. If you use an Organization Account governed by a separate Organization Agreement, that agreement may add or modify privacy, confidentiality, retention, and processing terms for that organization's data.
When you create an account, we may collect:
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
We automatically collect:
Payment processing is handled by Stripe (web), Apple/Google (mobile apps), or other processors specified for Organization Accounts. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number. We receive transaction confirmations, billing details needed for invoicing, and subscription or entitlement status from these platforms.
We use collected information to:
Blitz distinguishes between Individual Accounts and Organization Accounts.
For Individual Accounts, we may process AI interactions and related usage data for the purposes in Section 2, including personalization, service improvement, model and agent improvement, aggregated analytics, account management, sales outreach about Blitz offerings, and identifying topics for independently authored public Blitz Content. We will not sell your personal information, and we will not publish your private conversation text or identify you as the source of a topic without your consent.
For Organization Accounts, Confidential Organization Content (such as proprietary uploads, internal strategies, non-public scouting materials, and similar confidential workspace materials) is handled under the applicable Organization Agreement, admin controls, and confidentiality commitments. Unless that agreement expressly permits otherwise:
We may still process Organization Account operational metadata (for example, feature adoption, reliability metrics, and de-identified usage trends) to operate and improve the Service, unless restricted by contract.
To operate Blitz, we process prompts and related context with AI providers and Blitz systems. This may include short-term context needed to answer a request and longer-term memory or preference features that help the Service remember how you like reports formatted, which teams or workflows you repeatedly research, and similar personalization signals.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described in Section 10. Derived memory and personalization artifacts associated with your account are included in deletion requests to the extent technically feasible, subject to backup, legal, security, and de-identified analytics exceptions described in this Policy.
We may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information from personal information and usage data. Where required by applicable law, we maintain safeguards designed to prevent reidentification and will not attempt to reidentify de-identified personal information except as legally permitted.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve products, measure performance, conduct research, develop capabilities, produce statistical analyses, and support commercial and investor reporting. This information is not personal information once it no longer identifies you.
We use third-party services to operate Blitz, which may include:
These services process data on our behalf or as independent controllers according to their roles. They have their own privacy policies. We instruct service providers that process personal information for us to use it only for permitted service purposes, subject to contractual restrictions where required.
Your data is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States and may be processed by service providers in other locations as needed to operate the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data as follows, unless a shorter or longer period is required by an Organization Agreement or law:
Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups are rotated. We may retain information as needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain the integrity of de-identified datasets. Deletion from downstream AI providers follows each provider's retention practices and our contractual arrangements with them.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Aggregated or de-identified information may be shared without restriction, provided it does not identify you and does not disclose Confidential Organization Content.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
Organization Account users may need to make certain requests through their organization admin, and organization-controlled data may be subject to the organization's retention and access policies.
If California privacy law applies to Blitz with respect to your personal information, California residents may have additional rights, including:
Depending on how you use the Service, categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers (such as name, email, phone, IP address, and account IDs); commercial information (such as subscription and purchase history); internet or electronic activity (such as usage, device, and interaction data); professional or employment-related information (such as company and role); and inferences drawn from the foregoing (such as preferences and product-interest profiles). We collect this information from you, your devices, your organization admins where applicable, payment processors, and service providers. We use and disclose it for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law, other than as permitted to provide the Service.
