How to request deletion of data associated with Blitz / BlitzSocial

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to Blitz (Blitz Analytics, Inc.) or our BlitzSocial Meta app, you can request that we delete personal data we hold about you from that connection.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@blitzanalytics.co from the email address on your Blitz account (or the email tied to your Meta login).
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your Blitz account email and, if applicable, your Instagram / Facebook username so we can locate related records.

We will confirm receipt and delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Delete your Blitz account

Signed-in users can also delete their Blitz account from profile / account settings in the Blitz app or website. That removes account data subject to our Privacy Policy retention rules.

Remove BlitzSocial in Meta

On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select BlitzSocial (or Blitz), and remove the app. You may also send a deletion request from that screen when Meta offers it.
